Currently I am traveling the world, moving from place to place, while not only maintaining my current shape but trying to improve it again. Before traveling I competed in several amateur fitness/bodybuilding competions (Miss Universe, Spanish Nationals). I have no special genetics, I did not have decades of experience. All I had was a strict discipline, a good diet and an intensive workout routine. I prepared for these competitions while having a full-time job and a social life (although, obviously no alcohol or junkfood). Wether you want to compete or 'just' get a little bit more in shape, I am convinced I can help you on your journey.
It all comes down to three things: the right mindset, the right nutrition and lastly the right exercises. Luckily we've been through these struggles for you (well not really for you, but you get what I am saying) and we can thus show you in the right direction.
